Nordic Beards parranhoitotuotteet valmistetaan käsityönä Tampereella. Nordic Beards -tuotteet ovat luonnollisia ja laadukkaita. Ne sisältävät vain tarkkaan valittuja, luonnollisia partaa ja ihoa hoitavia ainesosia. Partaöljyissämme on käytetty seitsemän öljyn yhdistelmää: argan, jojoba, avokado, risiini, manteli, aprikoosi ja E-vitamiini. Tuoksut tulevat eteerisistä öljyistä. Jokaisella tuotteella on oma uniikki tuoksunsa.

Our beard oils contain seven oils: Argan, Jojoba, Avocado, Castor, Almond, Apricot and Vitamin E. The scents come from essential oils. Each product has its own unique scent.

Suomen muinaiset heimot
Perinteiseen ruotsalaiseen historiantutkimukseen perustuvan tiedon mukaan ei Suomen alueella, pohjolan perillä, ollut juurikaan sivistystä eikä pysyvää asutusta ennen kuin asutus Ruotsista käsin alkoi 1300-luvulla. Uudempien historiankirjoitusten, erityisesti islantilaisten saagojen, mukaan Suomen alueella kerrotaan kuitenkin eläneen hyvin järjestäytyneitä heimoja jo kauan ennen Ruotsinvallan aikaa. Saamelaisten sanotaan olleen Suomen ensimmäisiä asuttajia, mutta vähitellen saamelaiset saivat väistyä pohjoiseen Lappiin kveenien eli kainulaisten, karjalaisten ja myöhemmin eteläistä Suomea asuttaneiden pirkkalaistenkin painostamana.
Muinainen Kainuu eli Kvenland oli tunnettu kokonaisuus varhaisessa Itämeren historiassa ja ulottui laajalle alueelle ympäri Pohjanlahtea. Kveenit kävivät kauppaa ja taistelivat vallasta muiden heimojen kanssa. Idässä vastassa oli karjalaiset, etelässä hämäläiset, lännessä Pohjanmeren toisella puolella sveat ja pohjoisessa norrmannit. Välillä kveenit liittoutuivat norjanmiesten kanssa karjalaisia vastaan ja välillä taas yhdessä karjalaisten kanssa taistelivat norjanmiehiä vastaan. Puolin ja toisin tehtiin ryöstöretkiä toisten heimojen alueelle. Kveenien toiminta ulottui pohjoisen Lappmarkista aina etelän Helsingelandiin asti. Hämäläisten kanssa käytiin kauppaa ja puolustauduttiin Svealandista tulevaa ruotsin invaasiota vastaan. Samaan aikaan Birkalandista kehittyi yksi tärkeimmistä kauppapaikoista ja rikkauksillaan pirkkalaiset nousivat muiden heimojen rinnalle.
Tutkimukset muinaisten suomalaisten heimojen historiasta osoittavat, että emme sittenkään ole ollut vain takapajuinen metsien kansa. Nordic Beards parranhoitotuotteet on nimetty muinaisten heimojen alueiden mukaan kunnianosoituksena maamme ja suomalaisen historian alulle.

The ancient tribes of Finland
According to information based on traditional Swedish historical research, there was hardly any civilization or permanent settlement in the territory of Finland, before settlement began from Sweden to Finland in the 14th century. However, according to more recent historical writings, especially the Icelandic sagas, it is said that well-organized tribes lived in Finland long before the time of Swedish rule. The Sámi are said to have been the first settlers in Finland, but gradually the Sámi were allowed to give way to northern Lapland under pressure from the Kvens, the Karelians and later the Pirkka residents of southern Finland.
Ancient Kainuu, called Kvenland, was a well-known entity in the early history of the Baltic Sea and covered a wide area around the Gulf of Bothnia. The Kvens traded and fought for power with other tribes. In the east there were Karelia, in the south Häme (Tawastia), in the west on the other side of the North Sea Svea and in the north Norrland. Sometimes the Kven allied with the Norrmen against the Karelians and sometimes together with the Karelians they fought against the Norrmen. On both sides, raids were made on the territory of other tribes. The activities of the Kven extended from Lappmark in the north to Helsingeland in the south. The people of Häme were traded and defended against the Swedish invasion from Svealand. At the same time, Birkaland in the south became one of the most important trading places, and with its wealth, the people of Birkaland rose alongside other tribes.
Studies of the history of the ancient Finnish tribes show that we have not been just a backward forest nation. These stories of the ancient tribes inspired us and therefore Nordic Beards products are named after ancient tribal areas as a tribute to the beginning of the Finnish history.
